HPA Announces New Quarterly Recurrent Training Course for Aircraft Owners

Piper Mirage

High Performance Aviation, LLC is proud to announce it’s new Quarterly Recurrent Training Course. The Owner Pilot Proficiency Program, which allows pilots to complete an Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC) twice a year, is geared specifically for pilots who own their own aircraft. The course has 4 stages, each involving a half day of training once a quarter. Upon completion of the 2nd and 4th stages, a pilot will receive an IPC*. Upon completion of the 3rd stage, a pilot will receive a Flight Review* (BFR).

What are the advantages? Well, for one, more training allows for a safer and more proficient pilot. The Owner Pilot Proficiency Program allows for pilots to complete an IPC every six months, staying instrument current throughout the year. Plus, instead of performing a BFR every two years, the Flight Review can be completed once a year. If nothing else, the insurance company will love the idea of recurrent training throughout the year.

A pilot/owner can expect the usual professional, personal instruction that HPA offers in all of it’s training. Whether an owner has a Cirrus, Cessna, Beech, Piper, Diamond, Mooney, or anything else, the instructors at HPA can help the owner-pilot stay proficient and safe. To find out more details on the course, visit the Owner Pilot Proficiency Program page on the HPA website. To sign up for the course, simply contact HPA today!

*Completion of BFR & IPC is based on pilot proficiency and cannot be guaranteed.
